Experienced Chef!
Join us as a Full-Time Experienced Pastry Chef and lead our growing pastry department.
Your role involves
? understanding market trends, customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and continually refining dishes through testing and adjustments.
? Leading and Managing the Output and Quality of the Pastry Department.
? Preparing and cooking food
? Coordinating with branches and other operations to ensure the high quality and appropriate quantity of products.
? Supervising and Managing Staff
? Cost control, budget management, and strategies for improving efficiency
? Establishing methods of preparation, portion control, monitoring the timeliness of food delivery, and garnishing
? Ensuring all food products are ordered to standard levels and adjusting based on business volumes.
? Assisting photoshoots, promotions, marketing campaigns.
Experience in macaron production is a welcomed addition but not mandatory for the role of an Experienced Chef.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef
Culinary degree or equivalent certification
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
Candidates with experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie at their current or previous workplace are encouraged to apply.
