Job description
As an Information and Organisation Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in our organization's success by analyzing, organizing and managing information and data, processes, and by providing advice on policy, business, and organizational methods.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and control stock levels for additional products, replenishing such products when needed.
2. Conduct monthly reviews of production reports, analyzing costs
and performance metrics.
3. Oversee the creation and management of client contracts, specifically tailored to the coffee industry, with a focus on short-term agreements spanning approximately four months
4. Coordinate tasting events and promotional activities to showcase coffee products, leveraging client contracts to drive sales and brand awareness.
5. Develop projections to anticipate future financial liquidity, identifying opportunities for optimizing resources and minimizing risks within the coffee import business.
6. Conduct thorough cost analyses to support strategic decision-making, evaluating factors such as pricing, sourcing, and operational efficiency.
7. Establish and maintain budgets aligned with the financial requirements of the coffee importing operations, ensuring timely payments and effective cash flow management.
8. Implement financial controls and procedures to enhance financial stability and optimize resource allocation.
9. Organize educational sessions and events targeting both clients and the general public, providing insights into coffee products and industry knowledge.
10. Offer specialized training programs covering various levels of coffee expertise, tailored to meet the needs of clients and engage the broader community.
11. Facilitate quality control initiatives, including overseas visits to coffee processing plants, to ensure sourcing practices meet the highest standards.
12. Foster relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, promoting transparency and collaboration in support of quality assurance objectives.

Education and Previous Experience Required
• Relevant Industry Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Working Arrangements
• Location: 16 Buckley Street Marrickville NSW 2204 Australia.
• Full-time hours: 38 hours per week
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: $71,000 per year plus superannuation
