Tasks include

Purchasing, warehousing and distribution of stock
Sourcing products to meet customer requirements
inventory checks and stock control
re-order and re-stock of materials
implementing strategies to maintain stock levels
liaising with suppliers and negotiating product pricing and delivery
operating tracking systems relating to supplies
hands on approach to stock delivery, management and procurement
