The Role
As a member of the maintenance team you will play an integral part in all plant and equipment maintenance activities including Total Productive Maintenance, Engineering project work, and Machinery breakdowns.
the role is a night-shift role, with hours of work being 10pm-6am, Sunday to Friday.
Remuneration
$48 per hour base rate
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Electrical Fitter / Mechanic
* Hold a Current Queensland Electrical Registration or equivalent.
* Worked within a manufacturing environment for 3 years or more utilizing automated machinery and systems.
* Maintain automated PLC driven equipment
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Desirable Skills, Experience and Training
* Switchboard Rescue Certificate
* Read / Write PLC Programs
* Maintain Spares Inventory
* Forklift Operators License
* Elevated Work Platform License
This is an autonomous role supporting shift operations. You must be strong at managing your workload, have a ‘can do’ positive attitude and be able to work well with staff all levels of the organization.
You will have strong customer service, communication, time management, decision making, problem solving skills and effective interpersonal skills.
