The restaurant caters for all group sizes whether in our indoor dining areas, private, discreet dining or the gorgeous outdoor, garden area. The venue is also a popular choice for functions and events.
The Role
We are now seeking experienced Waiters to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting customers and presenting them with food and beverage menus
• Setting, arranging, and clearing tables
• Recommending dishes and wines to complement food
• Taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
• Serving food and beverages, including refilling glasses
• Removing dishes, empty bottles and used glasses from tables
• Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers as required
The ideal candidate will have:
• Certificate III in Hospitality or at least 2 years’ experience relevant experience in lieu of qualification, in premium dining establishments
• Demonstrated strong customer focus
• Ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work split shift, including evenings and weekends.
