Primary Job Purpose: As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure the plant and equipment are maintained at optimal operational readiness. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direction, coordination, and execution of specific engineering activities in alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals. By maintaining facility and equipment safety, operational readiness, and compliance with regulatory standards, you will safeguard product quality, legality, and the safety of our personnel. Key Accountabilities: In this role, you will oversee the creation and implementation of efficient preventative maintenance programs, manage budgets, and lead change initiatives to minimize disruptions to core activities.
