Principal Strategy and Development Officer, Justice and Attorney-General

• Support the Manager Program Strategy and Development to identify, recommend, develop, implement, lead and monitor projects that improve the deliveryof the state-wide OFT program and achieve better outcomes. • Conduct research and analyse data to ensure OFT maintains a focus on priorities and to enable risk-based approaches to regulation. • Develop, implement and review initiatives, programs, systems, policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure continuous improvement; these may include,for example, the development and presentation of proposals, and the preparation of briefs, reports, operational orders, referrals and correspondence. • Oversee and contribute to the development and delivery of structured proactive compliance programs and operations that support state and national compliance projects achieving defined outcomes • Engage with other regulators, industry and stakeholders to develop effective working relationships and represent OFT on state and national working groups. • Identify opportunities and coordinate learning and development initiatives to ensure OFT staff maintain a high level of professional capability.…
