Job Description Key Responsibilities: Support the Digital Department's daily operations to maintain the brand's digital presence across websites, the Customer Data Platform (CDP), and digital products. Utilise WordPress and other content management systems to manage digital content and address any technical issues. Assist in creating customer service journeys and setting up event registrations in Events Air, including ticketing and pricing details. Create lead trackers and event apps, ensuring their readiness six weeks before events. Coordinate with delivery and marketing teams to ensure timely recording and dispatch of app and lead tracker notifications through the CDP.
