Your role with us: As the Group Reporting Manager, you will take the lead in managing group accounting practices. Your responsibilities will include consolidating financial reports, maintaining strict control over the chart of accounts, and overseeing intercompany transactions. Collaborate seamlessly with external auditors to ensure compliance, transparency, and the highest standards of financial reporting. What you will do:

Intercompany transactions and Chart of accounts control
Supervise the chart of accounts creation, usage, combination or change to make sure the whole group is implementing the consistent chart of accounts.
Review intercompany transactions to facilitate the swift consolidation for period end.
Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Execute consolidation and preparation of a suite management reporting information that meets the needs of various business units/jurisdictions.
Generate the periodical report for different stakeholders and improve the accessibility of the report along with the management needs
Lead the audit project and coordinate other teams to fulfill the audit requirement
Support the strategic financial planning and corporate finance action with stakeholders including family office, investment banks, commercial banks with various corporate actions
Support the new acquired business in reformatting the finance function to improve the consistency and compatibility across the group.

What you will bring:

CA/CPA
10 years experience in a similar role
Strong experience in consolidating financial statements across entities in different jurisdictions
Audit experience

Bonus points if you also have:

Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
