Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer About the role As the Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer you will be reporting to Network Services Lead where you will provide assistance with the planning, design and implementation strategy for a number of different projects for the LPMA team. Responsibilities include: Manage installations, configure tests, maintain, troubleshoot and tune network infrastructure Assist with plans for periodic penetrations testing of all applications as well as network elements to ensure adherence to regulations Point of contact for escalations and resolution for LPMA sites Provide support with system capacity planning in order to ensure appropriate growth and evolution of systems Provide support in areas of M365 technologies, server and virtual environments, active directory, endpoint computing and LPMA Networks and Systems Ensure the appropriate and essential planned maintenance of infrastructure is performed to reduce the number of unplanned outages Create and maintain detailed network documents and this includes network diagrams, configurations and standard operating procedures…
