We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day payroll operations, the accurate and timely processing of payroll, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.   Key Responsibilities: Maintain employee records, process new employee onboarding, and calculate and prepare terminations. Reconciliations for Annual Leave, Long Service Leave, and Sick Leave and managing manual pay adjustments. Ensure accurate timekeeping. Generate/reprint payslips as needed and notify of overpayments. Highest level of detail required to ensure all data that are entered into the internal systems is up-to-date and accurate. Liaison with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll queries as well as liaison with external stakeholders for all related queries. Provide cross-training and leave relief. Identify opportunities for process improvement. Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.   Requirements: Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role.
