Locations: Red Beret Hotel (Redlynch, QLD) 401-411 Kamerunga Rd Redlynch QLD 4870 & The Carrington Hotel (Atherton, QLD) 75-77 Main St Atherton QLD 4883.
About the Role:
We are searching for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our teams across two of our renowned hotel restaurants. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement restaurant budgets and rosters.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic restaurant environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and manage food and beverage costs.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurant management
• Proven track record of success in driving profitability and guest satisfaction
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service operations
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• A valid RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
