Hours: 38 hours/week, Flexible to full time or part time

Salary:   Excellent pay (Upto $110K) + Travel Allowances + CPD + Benefits

Position Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with patients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals across a variety of settings, including clinics and community-based programs.

Responsibilities:


Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.
Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that promote independence and improve daily functioning.
Provide individualized occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Educate patients, caregivers, and community members on strategies for enhancing participation and engagement in daily activities.

Qualifications:


Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Full registration with AHPRA
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
