The Nebo Motors premises comprise of a small automotive parts, accessories and safety shop; and an automotive servicing, mechanical and tyre fitting workshop. Its sister business Nebo Towing Services holds local RACQ Roadside and Towing contracts in addition to eight or nine other roadside contracts.
There is an interesting variety of work for an exceptional qualified automotive mechanic experienced in logbook servicing, brakes, clutch, suspension, exhaust, auto electrical repairs, windscreen chip repairs and air-conditioning servicing. The successful applicant will also be offered RACQ Patrolman and Tow Truck training.
Essential Requirements:
1. Trade Qualification - Automotive (Light Vehicle)
2. QLD RWC Approved Examiner highly regarded {or willing to obtain}
3. Minimum of 4-years post trade experience
4. Servicing & mechanical repairs to a broad range of vehicles
5. Diagnostic work includes locating faults and completing repairs.
6. Exceptional technical and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to perform tasks efficiently and professionally.
8. Ability to liaise and to work in a team environment.
9. Ability to carry out, finalize and accurately record jobs & associated paperwork.
10. Ability to supervise and mentor mature age apprentices.
11. Current QLD MR Driver License {or willing to obtain}
12. Reliability & honesty are a must.
