Seeking full-time Duty (Hotel) Manager

Salary $70k - $75k pa
We are looking for an experienced full-time Duty (Hotel) Manager to join our hotel establishment which is based in Tom Price WA.
The successful candidate must be available to work on both weekdays and weekends, has at least 24 months of relevant employment experience, and possesses a qualification which is at least equivalent to a Diploma in Business, or Hospitality, or Management or similar.
The main duties to be carried out by the successful candidate will include:
• Oversee and manage, supporting, training, and supervising front o?ce sta?.
• Handling customer complaints and special requests.
• Scheduling sta? shifts and managing other HR-related tasks.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the reception area.
• Assist in the monitoring stock and ordering of the Hotel’s o?ce supplies, including stationery and information lea?ets.
• Oversee and manage reservations, reception, room services and other hotel functions.
• Ensuring that all legislative requirements are met.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Prepare monthly management reports regarding sales, customer feedbacks, bookings and cancellations.
• Assist in the oversee and management of the Hotel’s accounting processes.
• Updating ?les and records.
• Oversee and enforce to ensure all cash-handling, checking, and credit procedures are properly carried out.
