19th March, 2024 The Opportunity to join our Team and make a difference The overall purpose of the Team Leader, Client Service Centre is to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support functions within the Client Service Centre. The role also assists with the orientation of new staff; provides supervision to Client Service Advisors; coaches, mentors and guides the team; including assessment of work practices, documentation and other related activities, as delegated. This role is based in Eight Mile Plains. Your role in supporting Anglicare will include: Coordinate the on-boarding and orientation of new team members; provide support and guidance on a daily basis. Monitor and manage work efficiencies and resources for equitable workloads . Act as a mentor; provide support to effectively manage complaints and queries.
