Job description Join a well known QLD Government Department where you will provide top-notch administrative and technical support to a small yet dynamic team responsible for delivering Information Management and ICT functions for three major agencies across Queensland. Your Role: As an IT Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the backbone of these three agencies operations. Your responsibilities will include: IT Equipment Management: Maintaining an accurate inventory of IT equipment, including laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software licenses. Asset Management: Taking action on asset disposals, ensuring devices are sanitised, and asset register records are meticulously updated. Administrative Support: Providing high-level administrative support for Information Management and Information Security functions, including managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications.
