Currently seeking a Procurement Officer to join their busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment. About the role As a Procurement Officer, you will provide level administrative support to the Procurement team, managing confidential and sensitive information. In addition, your key duties are as follow:Providing procurement advice and support to the broader Agency in compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and GuidelinesAssisting with tracking value for money based outcomes and preparing reports against KPIsDrafting correspondence and reports, including emails and letters.Preparing a range of procurement related documentationEntering, extracting, and manipulating data to enable accurate Agency reporting About you To be successful in this role, you must have:Understanding of procurement or recruitment processesPrevious experience using HR and/or Finance business systemsIntermediate understanding of the MS Office Suite.Demonstrated experience managing high volume requests and ability to multitask.Ability to remain composed in…
