Position Available: Workshop Foreman (Mechanical) Mawsons is a family-run business that produces quality construction materials throughout Northern Victoria and Southern NSW. Mawsons has now joined forces with Milbrae; another well respected family business in the Concrete and Quarrying industry. We are currently seeking a confident, motivated and highly organised person to join our team in the capacity of Workshop Foreman based at our Colinroobie Mechanical Workshop (near Leeton NSW). The Workshop Foreman role is hands on and will involve planning, prioritising & allocation of work tasks, overseeing completion of tasks including supervision of work crews, providing leadership, guidance and coaching to mechanical staff, monitoring work safety, general compliance and quality – Mainly workshop based with some field work (may require time working away).
