Responsibilities
- Maintaining the company purchase ledgers and liaising with suppliers.
- Data entry and filing for all the invoice after processing.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Basic administration tasks.
Requirement
- Candidate must posses at least SPM certificate with knowledge in book keeping.
- Knowledge in PC and able to operate SQL accounting software.
- At least 1-2 years of related working working experience.
- Preferably those that can start immediately.
