Due to expansion, the team are now looking for an experienced Logistics Customer Service Specialist to report directly to the Customer Service Manager and be a vital addition to their clients, customers, and project teams. About the role The Logistics Customer Service Specialist role is primarily responsible to provide support in the sales and marketing functions of the company, to ensure that customers' needs are met in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
