We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success. This role is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.00 pm and Friday 7.30am - 2.00pm.
Job Description: As a Production Assembler, you will play a vital role in our production line, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of quality. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Operating and maintaining machinery/hand tools on the production line
Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with company standards
Conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly to the manager/supervisor
Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and targets.
Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work area
Participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and attributes:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
HVAC, Fans or Duct assembly experience preffered
Previous experience in sheet-metal manufacturing/fabrication would be an advantage
A basic knowledge of electrical components/wiring would be preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team-based setting
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
