Foster and promote a positive HSEQ culture and safe working behaviours
Provide HSEQ advice and support to site operational teams
Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of the HSEQ Management System
Conduct HSEQ training including inductions for new starters
Work with site teams to carry out HSEQ risk assessments, maintain risk registers and develop and implement SOPs
Manage contractors and ensure compliance with legislative requirements at all times
Support sites to conduct HSEQ incident investigations to determine root causes, contributing factors and corrective actions and communicate key learnings
Work with the Quality Manager to implement the quality SOPs by conducting the quality check/testing and maintaining records
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualification or minimum Certificate IV in OHS is required
FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS
Australian Driving Licence
Understanding of National Health, Safety and Environment legislation and quality audit processes
WHS Management System experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
