We are looking for Skilled Mechanical Engineers to work across multiple locations within Australia. This position is full time permanent working 38hours a week. As a Mechanical Engineer you would see yourself doing the following tasks:
Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products
Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs
Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
Carry out maintenance works and shutdowns
Manage projects - development and design process
Do preventive maintenance and attending to break downs
Maintenance and condition monitoring in a refinery or heavy industry with pumps, compressors and valve systems.

Manual and Machine butt welding poly pipes
Dogging and Rigging
Maintenance of LBG Bridge and Gantry Crane
Maintenance of the following equipment: Belt conveyors, chain conveyors, agitators and other fixed plant equipment.
Salary : $70000 p.a To be successful candidates must have:
At least 2 years of relevant work experience plus AQF Certificate III (or equivalent) or AQF Certificate IV (or equivalent) in relevant discipline OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience. International qualifications must be recognized by an Australian Standards.
Hydraulic experience is highly desirable
Experience in Manual and Machine butt welding poly pipe highly desirable
Hold current competencies for forklift and elevated work platform
Experience in Dogging and Rigging
Experience in operating LBG Bridge and Gantry Crane
Experience working in confined space and working at heights.
Experience with the following equipment: Belt conveyors, chain conveyors, agitators and other fixed plant equipment.
