You will troubleshoot, and respond to faults, generate incidents, record faults, and analyse logs / documentation to provide root cause identification. What you'll need to succeed
Experience with network monitoring and security monitoring systems. These involve continuously evaluating and assessing computer networks and their components.
Familiarity with log management and analytics / dashboarding systems.
Experience performing root cause analysis and forensic investigations.
Strong familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP networking, Cisco VPN, MS Teams, and cloud computing.
Worked with service management skills and ITSM (IT Service Management) tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
