Your new role
Production of the on-cost reconciliations in connection with Temp Payroll, including forecasting where applicable
Review of on-cost rates across the business in connection with Workers Compensation statutory compliance requirements annually and when changes occur
Management of self-insurance obligations
Reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts
Lead the local development and maintenance of a comprehensive SOX compliance program
Contribute to annual statutory financial statement preparation
Internal review of adherence to internal policies
Work with internal stakeholders to understand and improve processes
Contribute to annual statutory financial statement preparation
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Accounting
Previous experience in a labour hire organisation or audit function
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A 'can do' attitude and self-motivated approach
Resilient and confident in dealing with challenging enquiries
Systems knowledge
Demonstrates initiative and ability to work autonomously and under pressure
