POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a senior technical recruiter you'll be researching, community building, searching for new people, keeping in touch with folks already in our database and making sure we’re around to help at the right time. We’ve been hiring software developers since 2012, so there’s a long tail of folks who know us already and who have had a good experience with us.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
We’re looking for experience in technical recruiting, someone who is a skilled interviewer and able to expertly source candidates. We're looking for tech industry exposure to back that up - be that software, product, or some other role. You’ll have an opinion on the tools and techniques we currently use, pointing out areas for improvement.
We don't require formal qualifications but would look favourably on anybody who has tertiary qualifications in technology.
