For a well-established hospitality business Shell Club located at 76 Purnell Road, Corio VIC 3214. Prospective applicants must have good prior experience of working commercially as a chef.
Duties include.
• Preparing various food items from the kitchen’s menu that includes vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and seafood dishes.
• Monitor the kitchen staff during the Pre-cooking preparations
• Supervise the kitchen staff during all stages of food preparation.
• Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.
• Plan rosters and train new staff
• Maintaining the standards of kitchen sanitation and enforcing hygiene regulations to all kitchen staff.
In Return, for your commitment and skills, you will receive a competitive salary package (65K – 75K plus Super) and receive ongoing training with an opportunity to develop your skills.
Applicants with formal qualifications (AQF Diploma of Hospitality) and 2 years of practical experience working as a CHEF will be prioritised.
Position is available full time, 38 hours/week but applicant must be available for 7 days/week and willing to work odd hours (Weekend & late shifts).
