Accountabilities Able to work to strict deadlines as part of the fulfillment team, who progress claims and provide timely customer updates. Optimal pathing control/ hire car management & proactive management of customers into our assessment centres and repairer network Work with associated system and administrative processes associated with the customer pathing,& repair/ total loss journeys. Reduce leakage through effective management of hire car duration. Take responsibility for getting claims on track and progressing.
