Huge Insurance business recruiting Motor Assessors trainers for role based in Sydney Your new company

This is a great opportunity for someone to progress their career within the auto industry by moving into a Motor Assessing technical trainer role. You will bring experience in either Motor assessment, spray-painting or panel beating to become a technical trainer for Motor assessment. You will be training new assessors, implementing new practices and upskilling assessors across NSW.
Your new role Working as a Motor Assessor technical trainer, you will be;
Providing training to assessors in both a classroom setting and a practical setting
Ensuring that all SLA targets are being met and that you are providing a high level of training and experience
Writing accurate assessment reports, and performing quality checks on assessors
Assisting with assessing duties at times of high volumes
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in Motor assessment (preferred) or Panel Beating or Spray Painting
A Excellent written and verbal communication skills being comfortable talking to internal stakeholders
An attention to detail and strong computer skills
Valid driver's license
