About the Role As the Allied Health Workforce Development Officer, you will provide guidance and strategic direction for workforce analysis and planning, efficiency and sustainability, consumer satisfaction, learning and development and service planning initiatives for allied health services within our health service. You will have highly developed, professional communication skills and be a confident leader who is able to build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organisation. Darling Downs Health's region is a large geographic area covering approximately 90,000 square kilometres.
