Jaylon is also one of Australia's most experienced and long-standing geomembrane installers. With environmental issues at stake and with the considerable investments involved, the design and installation of a project's geosynthetic products must be right.

Jaylon has built an industry reputation for developing cost-effective solutions and getting the job done to the highest standard, regardless of project size and location. we are now seeking experienced International procurement manager to join our team based in Perth (Western Australia) and Brisbane (Queensland) on a full time basis.

Job duties (but not limited to):
- Take responsibility and make regular visits to the company’s network of overseas suppliers.
- Develop close relationships with key overseas suppliers.
- Overseeing the records/orders of purchase
- Ensure compliance with product specifications and terms & conditions of supply.
- Undertake negotiations with overseas suppliers for nominated products and services with a view to improving product quality, lead times, service and pricing.
- Plan and control the purchasing for the company
- Initiate searches for alternative overseas suppliers for nominated products and provide recommendations for the changes as applicable.
- Prepare hard copy shipping files for each purchase order including where applicable sub-sections for each separate shipment.
- Contribute to the company’s international trading activities.
- Contribute to the company’s domestic purchases and stock control procedures.

What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years relevant working experience as procurement or supply chain manager
- Be a recognised team player and have the ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Commitment and a good attitude towards safety and culture.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to grow and develop within a dynamic, changing environment.

Salary: $70k
