Your job and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
?Cooking and delivering dishes listed on menu
?Monitoring prep work
?Ensuring impeccable presentation and garnishing
?Possess comprehensive food preparation skills and expertise
?Managing food provisions
?Ensuring quality of ingredients and correct food storage
?Using and cleaning kitchen equipment
?Organizing and supervising work of kitchen staff
?planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
?monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
?discussing food preparation issues with relevant take holders if needed.
?demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
?Monitoring and enforcing hygiene regulations
?Train staff
?Manage food preservations and cold storage arrangements in the larder section
Successful candidates should have relevant qualifications at the diploma degree or C4 certificate level. We except you to have no less than 2 years of experience in the relevant settings.
Our offered salary is AUD 70,000 + superannuation per year.
