The core capability requirements for this role are: Establish and maintain a productive and professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate all vehicles maintenance and repairs. Monitor the cost of repairs to ensure value for money and vehicles are serviced/repaired within manufactures guidelines, and in adherence with any applicable policies and procedures. Support the ongoing review of the repairer network in response to changing vehicle technology and service trends. Maintain and update fleet data on the fleet management information system. Monitor invoices from suppliers and ensure prompt payment, undertaking regular reconciliation of corporate card expenditure in preparation for delegation approval. Prepare reports and provide advice regarding fleet maintenance as required. Role Requirements: Mandatory: Basic practical knowledge and mechanical understanding of vehicles.
