The Weighbridge Officer is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the weighbridge. This role involves accurately weighing incoming and outgoing vehicles, maintaining compliance with laws and regulations, and managing documentation related to cash sales and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
Weighing Operations:
Accurately weigh all incoming and outgoing vehicles using weighbridge software.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and licenses.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of vehicle weights, transactions, and cash sales.
Manage documentation related to weighbridge operations.
Communication:
Use two-way radios to coordinate trucks and loading points.
Process orders via email and phone.
Assist customers with inquiries.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries.
General Administrative Tasks:
Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Mon - Friday 7am - 3pm
