About the role
As a Business Applications Administrator, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless utilisation of business applications. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, delivering ad-hoc guidance and training, and coordinating with vendors and third-party support providers when necessary. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining up-to-date documentation for business applications, including process flows and support resources. Working within the broader Technology Team, you will be instrumental in supporting the organisations digital transformation journey by ensuring the robustness of business applications infrastructure.

Requirements:

5 years of relevant experience in similar roles, demonstrating proficiency in delivering effective business applications.
Proficiency in supporting and managing essential business applications/platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (with a preference for Dynamics 365 on-premises) and mandatory experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016.
Exposure to a diverse range of business applications such as ClickDimensions, Qualtrics, ConnX HR and Recruitment, Sage 300 ERP, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, Web Servers, and preferred experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online and Teams.
Demonstrated technical skills, particularly in MS Dynamics and SharePoint on-premises environments.
Well-honed problem-solving abilities, with the capability to understand and interpret custom business processes effectively.
Ability to comprehend existing processes and interpret associated documentation.
Quick grasp and administration of various business applications.
Upholding confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and matters.
A proactive and customer-focused approach, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
Availability for full-time employment for an initial 6-month period, with the potential for extension.
Capability to work in a Sydney-based office environment at least 50% of the time, with flexibility as per support and maintenance needs.
