Maintain regular contact with customers and stakeholders, adhering to service standards and compliance requirements.
Proactively identify and manage return-to-work barriers, implementing effective strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate data entry.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Case Management/Claims within Workers Compensation/Personal Injury.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
