Process

Our client is an Australian gold producer, developer and explorer. They are currently seeking an experienced  Process Operator / Gold Room Operator  for their gold operation. Requirements:  Exposure to crushing, milling and Base Metals/ Gold; Manual C Class driver's license; Current Police Clearance; Bobcat / Loader / Forklift tickets required; First Aid qualifications - desirable; Working at Heights / Confined Space - required; Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing. Position Duties: Operate all processing plant - Grinding, Gravity, Leach, Adsorption, Crushing, Gold Room and Tails Storage Facility; Operate IT loader, skid steer, forklift and power tools in a safe and correct manner; Develop and participate in toolbox meetings, investigations, training; Ensure consistent achievement of budgeted production performance - tonnes treated, gold produced and plant recovery; Ensure that the treatment plant is operated in accordance with task instructions and operational parameters.
