Position Overview:

AI Talent is a leading company in the ICT industry, specializing in AI-driven solutions and technologies. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior ICT Project Manager to join our organization. As the Senior ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex ICT projects from initiation to completion, specifically within the AI domain. You will play a critical role in ensuring project success by effectively leading cross-functional teams, implementing efficient project management methodologies, and delivering high-quality results within budget and timeline constraints. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in the AI field.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project managers, ensuring effective collaboration, resource allocation, and overall project coordination within AI Talent.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, tailored to AI-driven solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, executives, team members, and external vendors, to ensure clear expectations, alignment, and effective decision-making throughout the AI project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks specific to AI projects and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
Project Execution: Oversee the execution of AI projects, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. Proactively address any AI-specific issues or roadblocks that may hinder project success.
Quality Assurance: Ensure AI project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations. Conduct regular reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary, leveraging AI Talent's expertise.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among AI project team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular AI project status updates, progress reports, and presentations.
Change Management: Effectively manage changes in AI project scope, objectives, and priorities. Assess and communicate the impact of changes on project timelines, resources, and budgets within AI Talent.
Lessons Learned: Conduct comprehensive AI project evaluations upon completion to identify areas of improvement, best practices, and lessons learned specific to AI technologies. Share knowledge and implement process enhancements to optimize future AI project outcomes.
Team Development: Mentor and coach AI project team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within AI Talent. Provide guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to support individual and team development in the AI domain.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Must have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Senior ICT Project Manager, successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints, specifically in the AI domain.
Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices in AI projects.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams within AI Talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels within AI Talent.
Solid understanding of risk management, change management, and quality assurance principles within the AI field.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address AI project-related challenges.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple AI projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are highly desirable.
