Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position is responsible for developing and conducting the end-to-end sales process for large-scale projects. This includes developing relationships with Tier 1 architects, builders and installers, working collaboratively with internal departments on nurture and identification programs, and undertaking discovery of requirements, market research identifying product solutions, services and partnerships, and developing winning proposals to bring to market.
Requirements are:
- Demonstrated experience in a sales role.
- Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and experience in solution selling methodology and techniques.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in team collaboration.
- Qualification or experience in technical or product management.
- Sound understanding of Facade Products and Solutions.

Normal Hours of Operation: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
