About The Role This role is a key component to the success of our Mount Pleasant branch. As a Customer Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for the highest delivery of an excellent customer experience and seamless service to our existing and new customers. This is a temporary Full Time Maternity Relief position for approx. 12 months. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers through front counter operations including deposits, withdrawals and account transactions Actively promote Auswide Bank's suite of products including Home Loans, Term Deposits, Third Party Products (Allianz Insurance), Western Union/Travel Products and Credit Cards Identify and generate product leads for our Customer Banking Specialist and Home Lenders As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, negotiation and communication skills, you will also need to: Have proven experience in uncovering customer needs in a customer service environment Have worked in an environment where you have had to achieve set KPI’s Be passionate about helping customers achieve their financial dreams…
