This position manages a team of Landscape Architects and horticultural experts who are responsible for undertaking review of Landscape plans, design and asset handover elements of project submissions that will be gifted to the territory. This includes the review of various pathways of planning submissions including Estate Development Plans, Development Intention Plans, National Capital Design Review Panel Submissions, Development Applications, and Design review submissions, including the review and execution of Operational acceptance, Soft Landscape Consolidation, Final Acceptance and Soft Landscape Handover submissions.
