Your high volume Accounts Receivable experience is required for this complex Accounts Team.

Our client is a Gold Coast based organisation committed to providing excellence within the manufacturing industry, offering a superior standard of services and products to its customers. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. With calculated growth and a long-term strategy in place, they require an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team.

Your new role

This role encompasses a variety of tasks across the Accounts Receivable space, creating a dynamic working environment. Your duties will include but not be limited to:


Maintaining accurate records of all incoming payments and outstanding debts owed to the company
Monitoring customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payments
Resolving any billing disputes and discrepancies
Issuing invoices, credit notes and receipts to customers
Reconciling customer accounts and preparing bank deposits
Conducting regular credit checks on new and existing customers
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting procedures
Providing regular reports on the status of customer accounts and outstanding debts


What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you will need solid prior experience within an Accounts Receivable role, in a high-volume environment. You will also require the following:


Demonstrated management experience in a large, multi-entity organisation
Experience in debt collection and calling customers to resolve unpaid invoices
Dealing with account queries from customers and account managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team


The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can work efficiently in a large team and effectively completes all tasks by deadline. Someone with intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite would be highly regarded.
