ESSENTIAL: MUST be fluent speaking in BOTH Vietnamese and English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisting in office duties (managing reception, mail, filing documents and diary management etc.)
• Attending to new and existing client service requests and enquiries.
• Liaising with Counsel, clients, insurers, solicitors, and medical professionals.
• Arranging conferences and briefs for Counsel.
• Arranging medico-legal appointments for clients and draft LOIs
• Prepare and lodge of claim forms and ARD with the Personal Injury Commission.
• Prepare and lodge of Statement of Claims and Particulars with the Courts.
• Preparation of client’s matters for ISC, Court hearings and Conciliation /Arbitration in the PIC.
• Prepare correspondences to be sent out to Counsel, clients and insurers
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience working in a Personal Injury and Compensation law firm.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, work under pressure, and handle a high volume of files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
• Proficiency with LEAP.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
