Perform and manage audits of financial statements.
Supervise and coach staff.
Conduct external audits in accordance with Australian Auditing standards.
Liaise with client staff and effectively manage client relationships.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable Australian Accounting Standards.
Prepare management letters and other reporting documents.
Ensure that client deadlines are met.
Prepare and finalise audit clearance meetings
Prepare and conduct training courses for staff.
Mentor staff to help staff to achieve goals
Prepare business development proposals
Person Specification
University Degree with Accounting major
Qualified member of CA ANZ or CPA (or international equivalent)
Minimum of 6 years relevant experience
A broad knowledge of accounting and general financial management
Ability to achieve audit objectives with minimal supervision
