About your duties and responsibilities:
Ability to create menus that replicate the company identity and ideals with the Chefs
Ability to budget according to the stock and purchasing needs of the restaurant
Knowledge on planning events or entertainment to enhance clientele rotation
Ensuring customers are satisfied with their experience through clientele communication
Ability to make a range of selections during hiring processes based on company needs and requirements, thus ensuring the staff has optimal skill sets and works efficiently together
Ensuring health regulations are followed, and all staff is compliant with code of conduct
Responsible for greeting and ensuring customer feedback is processed, to improve experiences for first time and returning customers
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager;
Ability to produce an excellent culinary and restaurant experience for customers;
Extremely creative;
Excellent time management, scheduling, managerial, and organisational skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and under pressure
Job Type: full/time, permanent;
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
