Logistics & Administration Officer

We are seeking a qualified Logistics & Administration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics and administration, with experience in managing office operations, receiving and packing supplies, inventory management, procurement, scheduling deliveries, and documentation. ABOUT THE ROLE You will work closely with the entire meat team on all end-to-end customer orders and logistics via road, air or sea freight Have a strong emphasis on documentation, process and procedure and will also assist our sales team our Assist with Invoicing and relevant documentation to meet custom requirements for export orders with high accuracy Liaise with customers directly, transport and loadout facilities, maintain licencing and certificate requirements ABOUT YOU Previous experience in logistics, customer and/or administrative services background (preferably) Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced role.
