Operations Agent - Special Services

What you’ll be working on Our team of Storepersons are committed to seamlessly handling the customer products and processing the customer orders with accuracy in a timely manner to ensure that all products will be handed over to the FedEx transport services and delivered on time so that we can deliver on our service promises. Managing our customers inventory and processing our customer’s orders takes a large team of warehousing staff (storepeople) and support teams. Load and Unload trucks/containers and process inventory into warehouse (receiving & putaway) Complete system transactions for outbound / inbound orders in warehouse management system Picking, packing, dispatching, and processing orders for our customers Assist in generating operations reports Sort consignments to the correct delivery area and prepare for handover to the transport services (wrapping and labelling) Assist in customer inquiries and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner Support with stock discrepancies or damaged stock Work together as a…
