Entry Level to Experienced Recruiting Coordinator

15th March, 2024 We are looking for an entry level or experienced recruiting coordinator who is proactive, innovative, highly focused, and preferably with experience in the construction industry. In this role, you will help drive recruitment efforts in support of our Construction and Field Services.The salary range is $40K- 50K and is located at our Main office in Northern Va. Responsibilities will include: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and optimizing our ads using Indeed, LinkedIn, Craig’s List, and all other job boards. Willing to operate in a hands-on HR role, with varied responsibilities and knowledge on the latest HR practices for the attraction, management, and retention of craft and professional employees. This involves having the ability to: Conduct applicant interviews to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills, and negotiates compensation options.
