Requirements 3 years IT Support experience Windows 10 OS, Microsoft 365, MS Office Apps, Active Directory/Exchange Cloud technologies - Azure Managing and supporting network switches, infrastructure, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, AV equipment, and other such equipment. Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
